A: Mecklenburg Oktoberfest is held at Truist Field, Home of the Charlotte Knights, located at 324 South Mint St. Charlotte, NC 28202

A: Parking for the event is located at a variety of city lots, including the Duke Energy lot, and on street meters.

Mecklenburg Oktoberfest has no control over any parking availability in the city.

A: Bags are permitted but will be checked. No outside food or beverage is permitted.

A: Restaurant and food vendor items range from 1 coin to 6 coins. Beverages range from 3 coins to 7 coins.

A: Because it’s fun, of course! And it allows for free admission to the festival! Coins replace flat entry ticket fees.  Then, YOU CAN CHOOSE how much you want to eat, drink, and experience onsite without the expense of flat ticket costs.  Plus, every coin redeemed by a restaurant directly supports that restaurant’s expenses to participate in the festival AND every coin redeemed by a beverage purchase directly supports that non-profit at that beverage booth.  

A:  No. There are no refunds but the good news is that any left over coins from our events never expire and can be used for any of our future events.  Physical or digital coins are good for any future Taste of Charlotte type event.

So, purchase your tasting coins at one of our four coin booths on the event site.  Or Download our Taste of Charlotte APP for digital coins to avoid lines. Then, top up when you want!

A: Truist Field welcomes Service Dogs utilized by our guests with disabilities.

A: There is no smoking allowed in the seating bowl or the covered concourse area. Smoking is allowed in the “Smoking Zone” behind the left field picnic area. E-Cigarettes are also not allowed in the seating bowl or covered concourse area.

A:  ADA parking is available in the Mint Street Garage, located behind the Marriott Residence Inn. There is a fee of $10 to park in the Mint Street Garage.
