If you would like to take part in Taste of Charlotte as a Restaurant or a Partner, please let us know a little bit about your business.
Applications are open year round.
Restaurants/Food application deadline by April 15th, however, some restaurant categories and spaces fill up prior to that date.
The Taste Committee will review all completed applications received by the deadline date and will begin filling the available space. If your establishment meets the below criteria and if space is available, a representative will reach out to you with additional details and next steps. Some categories and sponsorships do sell out prior to our April 15 deadline.
- Restaurants must be local to the Greater Charlotte Area and must be registered with the Mecklenburg County Health Department to qualify.
- Please note: Taste of Charlotte is a local restaurant festival and restaurants serve out of tents onsite. Only Greater Charlotte Area restaurants may participate. If restaurants want to participate with their mobile unit, rather than in a tent, then they can. All restaurants must have a physical location in the Greater Charlotte area to qualify. We do not accept food trucks without a physical location in the Greater Charlotte area.
- Dessert Vendors must be registered with NC Department of Agriculture to qualify.
- Popcorn, Nuts, and other snacks are accepted on a case by case basis.
- Artisan Marketplace – Products sold in Marketplace must be handmade and local. Apparel does not qualify in the artisan area, but is accepted in other areas of the festival.
- Multiple vendor categories qualify to be sampled and sold onsite.
